How much is the software?

The price of the software is $87 USD

If you live in the European Union, you have to pay 27% VAT, so the full price for EU customers is $110.49 USD.

Attention for companies from the European Union! If you buy the software for a company (and not for an individual) located in the European Union (you select a country of the EU from the Country drop down list) then you have to pay the 27% VAT now, and after purchasing you need to contact our customer service at info@musicfxlive.com providing your billing data and your VAT ID. After that, we will send you back the amount of the VAT to your PayPal account. We can send the payment only in U.S. dollars.

What will you get, if you buy the software?

You can download the full version Music FX Live software, and the documentation related to it (we only sell the software in downloadable form). Buy purchasing this product, the limitations will be removed which can be seen in the trial version, thus you can use the software unlimited.

You will always get the newest updates for the software for free up to the next major version. So, you will get the 1.x versions, but the 2.x not. In general, major versions of any software mean essential modifications. In many cases they don't even call the next major version as 2.0 but they give it a new name, so it is a separate product.

What kind of warranty do you get for the software?

The warranty terms are written down in the End User License Agreement of the software. Click here to view the End User License Agreement.

But, in summary:

  • You get Limited Warranty for the software for 1 year after the date of purchase.
  • During this time we will correct the errors and you will get the update for free.

Although, the official warranty is 1 year, you will still get the new updates of the software after the first year (but only up to the next major version).

How can you pay for the software?

You can pay with credit card using PayPal. The major credit cards are accepted.

What is the process of the purchase?

  1. Click on the "Buy Now" button at the bottom of this page.

  2. On the next page, fill in the form. You have to enter the following data:

    - your name and email address
    - billing data (name/compnay name, billing address)
    - discount coupon code (if you have a discount coupon)

  3. After filling the form, you will see a summary on which you will find all data you have entered, and also the final price to pay (if you entered your coupon code in the form, then you will see the discount price in the "Total price" line).

    If you find any mistake in the data, you can go back to the previous form to correct it.

  4. At the bottom of the summary page, there will be a "Pay Now" button. If you click on it, you will leave our website and you will get to the secure PayPal website (but you will see our logo during the whole payment process). Here you can pay with your credit card, or if you have a PayPal account you can log in and pay from your balance.

    It is important to know, that we won't get access to any data (for example, your credit card's details) that you enter on the PayPal website, because all data are handled by the PayPal system.

    If the payment was successful, then the PayPal system will notice our system and after a few minutes, you will get a confirmation email from our system in which you will find the download link of the software and the serial number which is needed to activate it. A few days later, we will send you the receipt by email.

When will you get the software and the receipt after you purchased it?

After successful payment on the PayPal website, a few minutes later you will get an email from us in which you will find the download link of the software and the serial number which is needed to activate it. The process is totally automatized so you can buy it even at the weekend or at night, and you will get it almost immediately.

A few days after purchase we will send you the receipt by email.
